FAQ's

We are able to provide low cost immigration services by minimizing our administrative costs. Our immigration specialists can only be reached by scheduled appointment.  

1. How do i start the process?

You will fill out an intake form and specify your immigration need. We will contact you once your information is reviewed by an immigration professional.

2. HOW LONG BEFORE MY REQUEST IS REVIEWED?​

It may take up to 48 hours before you get a  response. Once your request is accepted, you will fill out a questionnaire with the required information specific to your immigration need.

3. HOW DO I SEND MY FILES and evidence?​​​

You will need to email us copies of the required evidence regarding your immigration application.

4. How long before you complete my application?

All applications and cases very. For faster processing, timely provide all evidence that USCIS requires. We finish most applications within 5 business days. 

5. How do i receive my forms?​​

Once we fill out your immigration application, we will send you the pdf forms via email. Once you receive them,  you print them out and sign the forms in the indicated sections. 

6. Where do I send the forms?

We will provide you with the address and specific instructions on where the forms need to be sent to USCIS.

7. Why cant you send my application forms to USCIS?

You must sign the forms before they can be sent to USCIS. 

8. WILL YOU HELP IF FURTHER EVIDENCE IS REQUIRED BY USCIS?​

Yes. We will assist you in providing further evidence if USCIS requires.
